One of our large clients is looking for an Online Campaign Manager to join their marketing team you will be responsible for Online/Email Marketing & customer marketing campaigns across online channels.
You will have experience of Online & Email Marketing experience, process driven, good attention to detail, campaign management along with a marketing degree, CIM/IDM would be an advantage as would any Banking/Financial experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of effective and efficient online customer marketing across all brands to drive Cash, Retail, Rewards and Insurance & deliver against revenue targets
* Development & execution of email and SMS campaigns to achieve the customer marketing plan. Management of the relationship with eCommerce to ensure support on creative development and an integrated approach across customer communications.
* Development, execution and remediation of automated email communications including Welcome Onboarding, eStatements, Payment Reminders Including management of technical requirements/reporting to ensure they can be met within agreed timescales.
* Development and execution of online campaigns to achieve the acquisition account plans via e-mail and SMS channels.
* Management of all email & SMS campaigns including artwork, approvals, data and end to end job bags through our email & SMS service providers
* Submission of all new creative and production briefs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with required policies and procedures
* Support and provide online insight for new product developments
Essential
* Online marketing & other media channels, ideally acquisition and customer
* Experience of managing communications through external email service provider
* Experience of analysing data
* Experience of managing marketing budgets
* Campaign management
* CIM/IDM, Marketing Degree
