My client has several customers, some of which are pharmaceutical businesses. They need a CRM who can oversee ongoing activities and liaise between various departments to ensure the customers needs are being met.
Project Management experience would be good to have.
Account Management, Customer relationship management experience, senior support role. This is not a technical position but this is a position to manage ongoing issues and relationship with the client. Applicants must be very comfortable and calm dealing with end users and also project managers.
