Description
Siebel Business Analyst for 6-12 month contract. Understand requirements for their out of the box Siebel 8.1 solution and write functional design. Work with the business to understand change requests and tweak it to reduce development time. Start will be April, May or June. Russian would be a plus but not essential as all documentation is in English.
