Hello,I have two WordPress websites and will be buying two more this month. All of the sites need to be improved with better or different monetization capabilities, better or different social networking capabilities, better or different email communication abilities, etc. These sites need Store Fronts and I want to have a sign-up form as part of the permanent navigation on all pages, etc. So, there's a bunch of improvements I want to make to the sites.
I'm seeking a WordPress guru with the expertise to take advantage of the latest plugins and technology available to add these bells and whistles to my sites. My hope is that this guru will be acclimated to the latest WordPress options plus have a solid understanding steps required in the monetization process with AdSense and the other means of making money.
The websites already have cash flow of which at some point could be shared it preferred. At the outset, I plan to pay hourly and then a monthly retainer if preferred. Most importantly I need someone who can simplify projects rather than complicate them, and someone who effectively communicates back with me.
