Description
My client have completed a high level design for a SSC implementation. Current requirement is for a 3-6 project to assist with the next level of design. Your role will be assisting the work stream lead who is currently pulling together the detailed interim and end state organisational design. Responsibilities include building up the structure, assessing current status, organisational design principles, stakeholder engagement and communicating Service Management/SLA's and Customer Engagements. You should understand the principles of the finance roles within a SSC (AR, P2P, OTC, Tax/Stats e.t.c).
