Role: Siebel Application Support Consultant
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Skills & Description:
- Providing Application Support to Siebel Applications
- Helping the customer identify the best solution for their business requirements
- Providing presentations and demonstrations of the various CRM application solution sets
- Supporting the sales team on how to offer and present the CRM products to their customers
- Document incidents and resolutions, and keep the team documentation up to date.
- Follow up with each release the automatic monitoring scripts and adapt when necessary
- Assist the sales team in the qualification of application sales opportunities
- Becoming the internal source for product information for the sales team
- Becoming an expert in a core set of OCRM products and solutions
- Provide assistance in the distribution of new product information, application workshops and solution strategies
- Represent as a credible expert in the area of Business Applications software
- Experienced in SQL and PLSQL
