An Imaging Electronics Team Lead within Imaging Electronics is required on a long term contract by a leading semiconductor organisation in The Netherlands. The Imaging Electronics group are responsible for the definition, realization and qualification of electronic functions and modules needed for the illumination, projection, dose control and reticle masking function.Job Mission:
The Imaging Electronics Team Leader will plan, organize and track all electronic activities in an optics / mechatronics project. These activities cover the complete field of electronics, from electronic architecture definition up to board/VHDL design and infra structure design onto integration and pilot production.
Job Description:
* Team Leadership of an electronics team in a multidisciplinary project
* Setup and maintain electronics work breakdown structure (WBS) and plan including resources & budget, maintaining deliverables of engineers including coaching.
* Execute and reporting on team plan and pro-actively align with Project Leader, operational sectors and suppliers
* Drive timely technical implementation choices & quality of the E-deliverables
* Drive identification of bottlenecks by team, prioritize and implement recovery actions continuously implementing improvement opportunities in team
* Coordinate farm-out projects.
Education:
* Masters Degree or HBO/Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
* Broad knowledge of electronics in all its aspects, architecture, analog and digital design, infrastructure design and integration.
*Multiple years hands on experience in electronic design.
* Experience electrical engineering principles and electrical development methods.
* Multi-disciplinary development in areas of: mechatronics, optics, control and software
* Team and/or project leader experience of technical projects with a size of 5-15 FTE.
