Shopaholla is hiring a front-end web designer
E-commerce as an industry is experiencing record growth these days. At Shopaholla we are doing our best to lead the way for custom e-commerce design and development. Currently we are looking to hire full-time front-end web designer. We’ve listed some information on the position below, looking forward to hearing from some of you great designers out there!
You must have:
Exceptional people skills. You’ll conversing with clients often, so honesty and clear communication skills are important.Experience with Shopify, LightCMS or similar CMS.You need to be able to design and code an entire website from scratch. No starter templates or plugins. Just you and a text editor.Understanding of responsive and adaptive design and workflows.Expert knowledge of Photoshop or Fireworks.Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS.JavaScript, jQuery, Ruby on Rails or other languages experience gets you brownie points.Ability to manage yourself and your tasks.Have your own computer.
What you would be doing:
Designing and developing world-class e-commerce websites and applications.Monitor customer service portal. You’ll share a workload for support tickets and customizations for existing clientele with the rest of our staff.Create support videos and corresponding articles.Help make connections with potential customers or people in the industry we can work with or support.
