Description
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry or bio-chemistry or related field.- Advanced Microsoft Word skills and experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Suite applications.- Ability to quickly come up to speed with current operations and revalidation effort.- Self starter.- Ability to work across multiple cross functional areas including: manufacturing/operations, reagent release, testing, chemistry production, antibody production.- Previous experience managing validations and validation team in a GMP environment.- Statistical understanding of sample size rationale for validations.- Working knowledge of statistical software packages (JMP preferred).- Experience working in electronic document control systems (Agile / Master Control preferred).- Ability to manage staff across different disciplines (equipment, software, chemistry).To find out more about Real please visit www.realstaffing.com
