CCH Database Administrator / CCH Database Manager

A leading professional services organisation is currently recruiting for a CCH database administrator/manager.

The successful candidate will be tasked with the ongoing improvement and maintenance of data quality in CCH and managing the reporting process.

The right candidate for this role will have experience around CCH Document Management, creating reports and being intelligent around data.

Main responsibilities:
-Exporting data from CCH into Excel spread sheets and then re-importing the spreadsheets with the amended data
-Data restructuring using SQL (e.g. Taking ticks out of one extra field box and putting them in another)
-Importing data stored in Excel and Access
-Establishing best working practices
-Provide on-going training to end-users
-Logging support calls with CCH
-Experience of using and setting up Campaign Manager
-Experience of using and setting up Job Management
-Creating reports
-Managing Document Manager templates

Initially as a contract/temporary assignment, there is the strong possibility that this will go permanent after 6 months.
