Oracle Financials Support Analyst
A leader in financial services seeks an Oracle Financials Support Analyst to join their pioneering team within the Oracle E-business environment. With modern offices based in Amsterdam, the Oracle Financials Support Analyst will be responsible for the support of effective business processes with focus within the Finance business areas. The candidate will use their knowledge to troubleshoot challenging system issues and use their ability to train and support users. There is also the opportunity for cross training and for candidates to gain exposure to other ERP systems.
The client is looking for an interim candidate who has a complete understanding of the ERP space and possesses the ability to gather and analyse data and perform hands-on fixes to the systems.
The Oracle Financials Support Analyst would have:
- Good level of experience in the support of an Oracle E-business environment
- Preferable experience within financial services
- Dutch speaking preferable
- Excellent communications, ideally with a proven track record of knowing what it takes to provide a consistently first class customer service internally and/or externally
- College diploma or University degree in the field of accounting and finance, computer science, or management information systems, and related work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Self-sufficient with a strong desire to deliver
- Mature, outgoing and professional
- Confident and approachable
