Description
A key client based in Surrey is looking for an Electronic Hardware/Firmware Engineer. This will be an initial contract for 6 months.
The Position:
You will be required to join a small team at the start of the design phase and be involved in aspects of the design, implementation, testing and integration of a bespoke system.
The task will involve a level of electronic hardware and firmware design based around Xilinx FPGA and DSP platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design:
*Production of circuit and layout drawings and parts list
*Liaison with PCB layout sub-contactor
*Production and test of VHDL code modules
*Liaison with the drawing office in production of a suitable package for the design
*Design verification
*Integration

*Schematic Capture

*SC clearance is advantageous
