Ihre Aufgaben:
- Development and execution and monitoring of differentiating brand management and product promotion strategy in the European market and customer segments
- Advertising (print, digital, online, video), Trade shows, Presentations
- Ensuring all employees and logo uses are in compliance with brand guidelines (email signatures, business cards, etc.)
- Planning and coordinating activities / events to drive cultural change as part of a key team with substantial senior management exposure
- Planning and coordinating special events
- Management meetings and sales meetings to drive cultural change
- Corporate customer events to further differentiate in the market segment
- Support / inspire Group Director in development and execution of global brand management and product promotion strategy
- Email campaigns, External web site, Product literature, Templates, Miscellaneous materials
- Support / inspire Group Director in development and execution of public relations strategy and crisis management with responsibility for Europe and to serve as primary contact for European trade press
- New product releases, Speaker opportunities, Editorial meetings, Press conferences, Technical articles/white papers
- Assist in the development of Europe's Technology, Innovation and Sales departments' strategic objectives, translate strategy into tactical plans and determine appropriate metrics in the segments
- Support / inspire Group Director in development and execution of internal communications efforts
- Intranet, Employee newsletter, Updates and initiative communication, Town hall meetings
Ihre Qualifikation
- German and English business fluent
- Advertising experience or comparable advertising experience in an international corporation
- Online and social media communications expertise
- Very good writing skills, broad editorial expertise, ideally advertising training or professional experience
- Communicative and team-oriented personality with a high degree of drive and determination
- Confidence to work on own initiative and early willingness to accept responsibility
