Interim Marketing Procurement Manager

12-18 month contract

An interim Marketing Procurement Manager is required to complete a long term contract with an research and advice organisation within the farming industry.
Purpose
- Provide support and advice to staff and suppliers in relation to marketing procurement processes and activity
- Ensure procurement activity is undertaken in a legally compliant manner
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and managing supplier relationships
- Ensuring that the companies purchasing power is best used
- Ensuring value for money is achieved in all contracting decisions
Desired Skills and Experience
- Working towards MCIPS
- Experience of procuring marketing related services
- Experience of operating OJEU procurement activity (desirable)
- Experience of analysis of spend data using Excel
