Role Description
This person will be the functional lead for the Management Reporting workstream with the objective of defining and delivering a suite of management information reports to support our phase 1 launch using the reporting tool Oracle HR Analytics OBIEE.

Important Note:
-This workstream will use the Agile software development approach.
-Travelling might be required (paid by client)

Responsibilities
Responsible for all workstream deliverables (reports):
Plan and prepare for Agile iterations including:
o Preparing feature list
o Prioritization of features against Business Value & Risks
o Creation of the backlog
o Planning of each iteration
Lead Agile iterations
Configure & build the application based on business requirements identified during Agile iterations
Demonstrate and coordinate sign off of built features (reports)
Creation of supporting documentation

Responsible for knowledge transfer to my client's project team:
Prepare end user documentation on HR Analytics
Train other team members in the use and configuration of the HR Analytics tool.
Required Experience
Proven HR Analytics experience within a PeopleSoft HCM v9.x implementation

Required Skills
Truly fluent in spoken and written English
Excellent consulting skills in terms of managing client expectations, being tenacious and inquisitive; proactive and a can do' attitude
Proven experience of HR software delivery projects using the Agile methodology

Required HR Analytics Skills
In depth understanding and expertise in HR Analytics within a PeopleSoft environment including, for example:
Definition and configuration of dashboards to support Operations, workforce planning and compensation analysis
Pre-mapped meta data
Pre-built warehouse
ETL
Metrics, dashboards, reports and alerts
Role based views
Domain values
Configuration of sensitive and non-sensitive data within the Workforce profile
Configuration of Codes, statuses, event types, flexfields, data sets etc,

This person should also have a good understanding of the infrastructure required to support HR Analytics OBIEE
