Looking for a SAP HR/HCM Consultant. Start: ASAP. Location: Budapest, Hungary. Project length: 3 months. Project language: English. The rate for this project is 350 euros a day, all in.
A dear client of mine, a consultancy, is looking for an SAP HR and HCM consultant to join them on a project for their end client.
In this role the focus is on HCM, Payroll and Talent management
The successful candidate for this role should have following characteristics:
*2-4 years of SAP experience in SAP HR and HCM
*1-3 years of experience in the modules: Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Travel Management, Benefits management, Personnel Development, Training & Event Management, Compensation Management, E Recruiting.
*ability and understanding of integrating other SAP modules with the ones mentioned above.
*basic knowledge of SAP applications: ESS & MSS, E-Recruitment, enterprise compensation management and learning solution.
*1-4 years of SAP HR - Payroll experience with understanding of Payroll Accounting, Time management and integration to FI/CO Module
*Experience in the utilities sector is highly valued
