SAP VIM Consultant (vendor invoice management)
We have a 3 months + extensions, SAP VIM contract.
Collaborating with and communicating to different stakeholders in order to define/align business requirements from different operating companies. Be solution architect of the regional template design based on the agreed business blueprint and according to SAP best practice.
Ensuring configuration, developments, testing and trainings are according to high quality standard and in line with management expectations. Responsible to achieve dedicated objectives and deliverables according to project plan. Be subject matter expert analysing retail-specific business processes and performs frequently new and varied work that involves a high degree of complexity.
Determines own practices and procedures and may contribute to the development of new concepts.
Configures SAP VIM modules according to solution designs
Writes documentation
Organizes, prepares and presents workshops (strong communication/presentation skills)
Keeps current with latest technology
In adherence to the client company's policies and while adapting to the business environment.
Based in Brussels but willing to travel to other DG locations (Bucharest, Athens).
Technical/Functional expertise
Expert knowledge of following functional SAP areas is essential:
- Retail experience
- VIM Opentext
- FICO Integration
- BI/BW (not essential but would be beneficial)
