Sponsabilties• Design; build collaboration with other team members.
• Database design for new solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC (requirements, design, build, test, deployment)
• Operational support/ break-fix activity for existing applications.
• Participate in creating and maintaining development standards/best practices for team of .Net developers.
• Interact with the technical architecture team on new environments.
• Identify solutions for non-standard requests and issues/ problems.
• Perform program analysis and design and create program specifications.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting tasks, and maintenance for production sys-tems.
• Work with QA and testing groups to ensure thorough system testing and ensure quality software.
• Perform program analysis and design and creates program specifications.
• Gather and document technical specifications, including system flows, and information flows. Prepare and/or review system and technical design documentation.
• Contribute to project planning, control and status reporting for assignments/projects. Act as a technical resource to others in the development group.
• Provide or contribute to design approaches.

• Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to architecture standards, code consistency, and maintainability.
• Ability to develop solutions with long-term cost effectiveness.
• Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and conclusions to problems.
Experience and Skills:
• At least 5 years of development experience, of which 2+ years should be with web application languages (ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML, C#, VB.NET AJAX).
• 4+ years Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle relational database experience including SQL Integration Service (SSIS) and SQL Reporting Service (SSRS).
• Experience with C, C++ (with Qt), and Java.
• Strong communication, time management, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Extensive knowledge of structured development methodologies and iterative development.
• Experience with Sitecore solution implementation and development is a big plus.
• Strong knowledge of development tools such as Visual Studio 2008 and database programming environments.
• Experience in eGaming industry desirable.
