A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading bank based inManchesterfor a SAS, Business Objects developer to work within the banks core data warehousing team which is responsible for supporting the banks core banking operations.
This SAS Business Objects Developer will be responsible for working on a number of complex projects. They will be responsible for using SAS to analyse high volumes of data within the data warehouse and then building bespoke reports using the latest version of Business Objects.
This SAS/Business Objects developer will get the opportunity to be cross trained on a number of technologies as the wider team use a broad set of technologies including, Teradata, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Datastage, and Linux.
This Developer will be joining a newly formed analytics team, therefore will really get the opportunity to make a name for themselves and have the opportunity to craft the role to benefit the bank in the best way they see fit. They will be exposed to a number of different core banking products and be expected to liaise closely with the business and key stakeholders, therefore communication will be key for any successful applicant.
