For one of its clients, a global pharmaceutical company, Harvey Nash is currently looking for a Supply Chain Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Wavre
Scope of work:
The supply chain analyst will be accountable for the inventory and write-off global processes with special focus on target achievement and improvement activity. Close collaboration with finance is required
* Inventory: Support analysis/Establish reports on stock situation (value and qty)/Ensure alignment on annual target stocks/Have in place dashboards/Working Capital monthly report/Define and support action plans in SCSS to improve inventories utilization/Support Inventory Mgt in the network
* Write off: follow-up of current operational process to reduce the level of write off due to shelf life/Define and support action plans in SCSS to reduce Write off for shelf life/Develop follow up and KPI's/propose opportunities/Participate to Write Off meetings/Resolve write off allocation conflicts between department/sites.
- Representative person in some Inventory and Write off meetings for SCSS
- Compile information and drive coordination meetings
- Drive review processes and KPI's
- Drive change in the teams
- Support projects linked with Inventory and Write off
Requirements:
- Education: University degree/knowledge of supply chain and Inventory management
- Knowledge: Inventory management
- Knowledge of Vaccines environment
- Good communication and inter personal skills
- Supportive for in change management
