About the role

  • This role is ideal for a strong Voice engineer with Cisco Call Manager/Unified Communications Manager, UCCX Contact Centre and Unity Messaging Platforms.
  • The role is predominantly support and management but also incorporates design, deployment and ongoing management.
  • As you will be assisting more junior members of the team, strong Unified Communication Manager (Call Manager) skills and Cisco UCCX contact centre skills are imperative.
  • An ability to communicate with customers from the IT department to executive director level is essential.
