  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Possess at least 10 years of experience in IT in a variety of areas of IT operations, with at least 8 years’ responsibility in SAP Basis administration (ABAP and JAVA stack) of SAP Product: ERP, BW, Portal, GRC, Content Server, TREX, Solution Manager, and other new implemented SAP Products / Solutions
  • Must have good technical knowledge in multiple Operating systems (HP-UX, Solaris, Linux and Windows), databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MAX DB)
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Information Systems, Computer Science & engineering desirable
  • Eligibility for membership of a relevant professional association desirable
  • Demonstrable experience in team leadership and in influencing upwards in an organization
  • Have leadership capability and a personality to inspire team members in a multi-cultural environment
  • Very good Project Management skills
  • Must possess good English communication skills (both oral and written) with excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant professional personality
  • Ability to adapt multicultural work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
