Real Staffing are recruiting on behalf of a leading NHS Foundation Trust who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team on a long-term contract.
This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified Management Accountant with a proven record of operating within NHS provider trusts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management Accounting
- Variance analaysis
- Liaising with budget holders
- Budget setting and forecasting
- Monthly reporting to the Head of Management Accounts
- Cost Improvement Plan (CIP) monitoring and tracking
- Ad-hoc assignments
- Staff supervision
Essential Criteria:
- CCAB qualified accountant (e.g. CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CIPFA)
- NHS acute or foundation trust
- Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant
Please note that candidates will not be considered suitable for this post without all of the essential criteria listed above. Candidates must be a qualified accountant (QBE not considered).
The successful candidate will be offered a long-term contract with the trust and the opportunity of working within a successful finance team.
