Description
Exchange Messaging Lync SME required by large Investment Bank, based in London to work within the bank's Messaging area on the support and deployment of Lync 2010.
You will have recent and extensive Investment Banking experience coupled with a technical background in messaging support, MS Exchange , Lync 2010, Vantage (Actiance) compliance software or other compliance software in relation to IM products. Scripting skills PowerShell), Lync integration with voice (PBX), Lync troubleshooting tools (Snooper, Logging Tool, network tracing tools).
Within this role your responsibilities will include supporting the Lync 2010 environment and assisting with the deployment and migration to Lync 2013.
