Senior Test analyst - Brussels - French & Dutch speaking - 6 months - 400 Euros Daily - QTP/Loadrunner
Our financial client is looking for a technical tester to join there team on a credit cards project
Mandatory Skills:
- Test methodologies and standards: ISTQB, TMMI, TPI and TMAP.
- Quality Centre.
- Test strategy.
Preferable:
- Experience with Communication and Change
- Management.
- Knowledge of QTP.
- Knowledge of LoadRunner.
Functions:
- Define and put in place a test strategy.
- Estimate the test effort and define the planning.
- Organize and coordinate all test activities for the project/program or asset taking all stakeholders and release calendar into account.
- Manage all testing activities (test preparation, Design, execution and closure) for all test levels and test types.
- Allocate tasks and control the task execution (organize test campaigns).
- Escalate issues and risks to both; the Project/Program/Release/Asset management organization and the team management.
- Monitor and control test activities for the project/Program/Asset/Release:
o Day to day follow up (plans, monitors and controls program/project) in terms of scope, quality, milestones, budget, issues, risks, problems, etc.
o Weekly test progress and status meeting (including defect status). - Assess readiness of all stakeholders of the project/asset/concerned release (requirements, environment).
- Accountable for correct/up to date of Quality Centre usage for his project/program(s) (including requirement/test coverage and defect management).
- Act as a Defect Manager for one or more test levels

- Scale: Fluent, good, basic
Required knowledge/experience:
- Education & Soft skills Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
- Team player.
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude.

- Autonomy, commitment and perseverance.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
- Flexible, accurate & control minded.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in testing.
- Knowledge and experience of Test Management, Test
- Specification, Test Execution and Reporting.
- Support, Training and Coaching experience.
