Hampshire based market leading organisation are looking for a Business Analyst to work on a multi-channel contact project.This is for an initial 3 month contract with strong possibility of extension, paying market rates with a view to starting ASAP.
Key skills and experience include -
- Multi Channel contact centre performance management and quality management
- Telephony
- CTI and / or MS Dynamics
- Voice Technologies
- Strong stakeholder management
- Business Process Re-Engineering
- Requirements elicitation and management
- Business Impact assessment
