Description
Our client is looking for a CMS Technical Expert and Level 3 Support for the following tasks:Provide technical assistance to business projects (eCommerce or Website) ensuring standard processes, technologies and components are leveraged as well as contribute to projects defining and building standard technologies and components.
Main responsibilities:
Assist Project management teams driving business eCommerce and website projects leveraging standards technologies and components while implementing the right quality gates
Initiate, plan, coordinate or contribute to projects with hand-over to support organizations
Provide 3rd level support for technologies and global components whilst collaborating with all teams for any critical problem resolution
Support the Project Management, Technical Design + Operation Support teams of Web Service Unit in defining the right application architecture + infrastructure to match business needs
Required Qualifications
Complete understanding of ecommerce, Web technologies including complex designs and architectures
Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple activities parallel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to successfully work with business owners and stakeholders, end users, system owners, IT specialists as well as suppliers
Proficient analytical skills to resolve complex problems in a comprehensive and timely manner
End user knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and support tools
Fluency in both verbal and written English
