Outsource UK Ltd is actively seeking to recruit for a contract C & I role on behalf of a client.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced C&I engineer with to join a team in the delivery and commissioning of a significant ICA project. This role will be both office and site based and will involve client facing activities such as testing & commissioning and putting to work new systems
The role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced C&I engineer with to join a team in the delivery and commissioning of a significant ICA project. This role will be both office and site based and will involve client facing activities such as testing & commissioning and putting to work new systems
Your responsibilities will include PLC programming, the development of system & test specifications, testing & commissioning activities.
Skills
You will have strong demonstrable experience of PLC programming with Rockwell ControlLogix/CompactLogix PLCs
A good understanding of iFix SCADA application software would be advantageous
Ability to communicate appropriately & concisely at various organisational levels
Ability to lead client conversations and engage on a technical level
Comfortable working in situations without direct supervision.
Office based work will be in Epsom, Surrey. Site based work is expected to be within 30 miles of this location.
This is a 3 month initial contract role, paying market rates.
The role is commutable from Croydon, Slough, Royal Tunbridge Wells and Greater London
