Essential criteria
The following are all essential skills required to conduct the above role:
Proven experience of delivering technical support to aid the supplier on-boarding process eg Systems integration, data management, Testing Strategy and Finance Ledger Structures;
Proven experience of developing business relationships and dealing successfully with strategic stakeholders, both external and internal to the programme;
Proven strong leadership and people management skills and an ability to challenge, support, influence and engage senior managers and peers across the organisation;
Experience of delivering technology-enabled programmes, including experience of delivering data migration, testing and cutover and implementation activities.
Extensive experience of identifying, and reporting on workstream issues and dependencies
Extensive experience of working in areas of high uncertainty to deliver transformation initiatives;
Proven experience of working across a multiple stakeholder base; and
Excellent organisational skills.
Desirable criteria
Experience of using a wide range of IT and Microsoft packages including MS Visio and Project;

Professional Finance qualification;
Experience of PMO related activities; and
Proven experience of working across different cultures.
