Description
SAP SD CRM Consultant required to work hand in hand with the Solution Owners for Customer in order to meet the Demand for all process related enhancements and Projects.
Actively help to design and deliver the technical solutions that are agreed. Document the changes we make. Contribute to maintaining the integrity of our Process Solutions in Customer.
* Current Projects:
- SAP consolidation: support the reconciliation, end to end testing, cut over
- Follow-up work Orders: specs-development-rollout
- Support interfaces between SAP and client CRM and Tendering tools
* Future Projects:
- harmonization (BE, FR, IT, SE, NO, FI, DK, UK)
- SAP Roadmap implementation SW and MX
Understanding of Customer, Maintenance and Delivery Processes
Must have strong inter-personal skills and be able to interact within an international team
Stress resistant
Ability to work on several projects/activities in parallel
Analytical thinking
Good knowledge of SAP (mainly SD and Master data), data model and interfaces
Fluent in English
Educational background: University degree (preferably Computer Sc.)
Experience with CRM is a +
