For one of our clients, Rendeck Automatisering is looking for an experienced SQL DBA.
Start: ASAP.
Duration:
Location: Amsterdam
Deployment: fulltime
Rate: Euros 50,00 per hour (all-inclusive, ex. VAT)

Requested Expertise:
Project lead in complex projects for ABNAMRO customer
Maintain SQL server databases 2005 and 2008,
Perform software upgrades
Perform software patching and control of rollout
Deliver SQL server performance and tuning support to the customer
Maintain (2nd/3rd line incident handling and tuning)
Create new SQL Build
Logical DBA and Physical DBA
Security specialist
Extensive description of the required skills
Extensive knowledge of SQL server 2005, 2008 and 2012
Experience with installation of SQL Server databases/hosting environments
Experience with performance and tuning of SQL Server databases (on Instance, Database and SQL level)
Technical leadership
Experience with BI
Experience to work in a SQL Server hosting
Experience in advising application developers.
Knowledge of logical and physical Datamodelling
Experience with maintaining Oracle databases (9i and 10g), DB2 AIX or Sybase as a second Database skill
Experience with working in a DataWareHouse environment
Experience with SQL Reporting Services
Work experience needed
5 plus year SQL Server
Certified SQL Server DBA (minimal Database Administrator 2008) preferable 2012
Experience with working in large complex environments
