World Renowned Medical Device Company is currently seeking a CAD Mechanical Design Engineer on a 12 Month Contract.This Leading Medical Device Company, based inNorthern Illinois, has an outstanding reputation for excellence and innovation and is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their new product innovation team. The company currently leads the market in consumable medical devices and is looking to expand its existing products as well as develop new devices from scratch.
The Mechanical Design Engineer will work with multi-functional teams to create new products and improve existing functionality using SolidWorks and Pro E. This will involve the complete spectrum of the full project lifecycle.
Candidates for this position must have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ Years experience within the Medical Device industry
- Proven track record in new product development of Mechanical Devices
- Strong CAD skills with SolidWorks and Pro E
- Bachelors or higher within an Engineering discipline or equivalent
- (desirable) Experience with disposable / consumable Medical Devices
This is a 12 month contract based inNorthern Illinoispaying between $60 and $80 per hour.
