THE ROLE

You will use SAS to conduct advanced analysis on large customer datasets, generating actionable insight into customer behaviour and making data-driven recommendations to improve marketing and overall business performance.

You will work on a broad range of analytical projects across multiple channels, with a particular focus on understanding and maximising the value of the existing customer base. You will utilise a range of advanced analytical techniques to provide deeper understanding of the customer portfolio and to aid the development of customer-centric business strategy. Your analysis will drive the optimisation of marketing campaigns, improving customer retention and maximising ROI.

You will be confident in turning your analysis into clear and concise data-driven recommendations, and will have experience delivering insights back to the business. Your communication skills will be excellent, and you will have the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences in a compelling way.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience conducting advanced analysis using SAS
- Experience analysing large customer datasets
- Experience developing and delivering actionable insight and data-driven recommendations
