Ihre Aufgaben:
- Produce detailed documentation supporting the service descriptions based on information provided by Delivery Unit Service Owners
- Provide methodology guidance to the project team throughout the effort
- Build document templates and assist in populating the templates as information is gathered
- Assist with the preparation of recommendation presentation
- Gather Application Services-Infrastructure Services Service description
- Prepare outside In view of Service
- Agree on Service Scope which should be considered
- Analyze GAP to existing service
- Create PPT with Gap Analysis
- Define possible Measurements to close the gap
- Final presentation for Service
Ihre Qualifikation
- Knowledge of the Forrester sourcing methodology would be a plus
- Knowledge of Infrastructure services and service components
- Proficiency with common office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in both English and German
