About the Role:

  • Manage production releases
  • Scoping and planning for future phases
  • Change management (AHD and Quality Centre tool experience preferable)
  • Detailed implementation planning
  • Detailed implementation execution
  • Financial industry delivery experience

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong relationship/stakeholder management skills particularly in establishing key relationships and reporting to executive management
  • Ability to lead a large multi-disciplinary team with multiple releases
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple vendors both on and offshore
  • Is currently undertaking PM Masters Degree or PMP Certification
  • Makes timely decisions in rapidly changing and high-risk situations
  • The ability to present information to groups of people and make use of a variety of tools and techniques to convey ideas
  • Ability to convey, explain and understand information in written reports, clearly and concisely
  • Ability to effectively manage own time and resources
  • The willingness and the ability to persuade, convince, influence or impress others in order to gain support for or agreement to an idea or concept.
