An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hardworking, caring and talented Psychology graduate to work as a Learning Support Assistant on a full-time basis throughout the Summer-Term.

The Head Teacher of my client school is seeking to appoint an academically gifted (1st Class/2:1) Psychology graduate to provide support to three Foundation Stage children. The children are based in different classes and have a range of Special Needs including autism and attachment difficulties.

My client school is a two form entry Infant School based in Bristol graded as "Outstanding" in its most recent OfSTED inspection (2011). The school benefits from outstanding leadership, impressive teaching and an exciting curriculum.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Primary Teacher or Educational Psychologist to develop their knowledge and understanding of Special Educational Needs.

The successful candidate will:
-Be a high achieving Psychology Graduate with a 1st Class or 2:1 degree
-Have a caring, empathetic nature and a genuine interest in working with Special Educational Needs
-Be hardworking, flexible, and resilient with a good sense of humour
-Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
-Have the ability to work well within a team as well as under their own initiative
-Be available to start immediately and be able to commit to full-time employment for the remainder of the academic year.
