Ihre Aufgaben:
- Build the sourcing commitment: In charge to manage the Tender Process for the Work Package Material in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery
- Close working relationship in between Platform Costing, Technical tender, Sourcing and other main stakeholders from Tender Kick-off to Tender Submittal.
- Manage communication between the project and the Sourcing community, and organize a dedicated
- Launch Meeting if appropriate.
- During the active tender phase update the tender cost sheets, in permanent relation with the buyers and the Sub-System & Platform costing.
- Challenge the cost committments
- Report on the tender progress through the appropriate templates.
- Prepare the Sourcing/Sub-System commitment for validation.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Very good experience as purchaser and sourcing specialist
- Good experience in strategic Sourcing,
- Know How in relevant tender processes.
- Know How in Management of complex Sourcing contents and consolidation of different systems
- Technical know-how and analytical skills, teamoriented working.
- Experiences in Train Industry
