My client, a prestigious financial institution in the Asset Management industry is looking for an experienced Service Now/Jira/HP Quality Center Administrator.
Job Description
This person will be joining the IT Tools team and will be the team member focused on Service Now/Jira/HP Quality Center administration for an existing infrastructure.
The role of the Technical Specialist has three primary areas of responsibility: Service Now (50%), Jira management (30%), and HP Quality Center (20%).
Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 3 year of experience with the following skills: Service Now/Jira/HP QC administration, patches, upgrades. In-depth knowledge and technical experience of the above.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Excellent communication skills with both IT and business.
- Able to follow the standards at the organization level and able mentor the developers.
- Prefers to work in a collaboratively and co-operatively environment with others across the international network and Matrix organization.
- Results oriented: sets high standards, has high analytical skills and delivers accordingly, and takes actions to ensure that others do the same.
- Languages: fluent French, Dutch is an asset.
- Minimum 4 years experience working with multiple Team/Onsite/Offsite work experience.
- Experience in engaging with test teams and UAT users, review test cases.
Language Capability
- Fluent in spoken and written fluent French, Dutch is an asset.
