An international financial organisation is after a ServiceNow/Jira/Quality Centre Administrator for an urgent 6 month contract based in Brussels.

You will be working within an busy, technical team covering the existing business infrastructure across:

ServiceNow Incident Management, system enhancements and upgrades,  new workflows and Services, creation of new services and catalogue items.

JIRA, Testing and Analysis across JIRA workflow applications, managing an offshore JIRA development team. Allocating work prioritisation during meetings with the Methodology and QA team.

HP QC, technical application support and maintenance (patches, upgrades etc) including follow-on actions

You will possess excellent technical and communication skills and the ability to collaborate within large, multinational UAT and Test teams. As the role is based in Brussels, fluency in French and or Dutch will be welcomed.
