Description
A global medical device company in Indiana is looking for a Software Engineer to work closely with the technical support and production teams to ensure successful introduction of new products and changes to the existing product line. This is a 12 month contract opportunity that is paying $50.00-$60.00 per hour.This leading company is searching for a Software Engineer that will be involved in designing and implementing graphical user interfaces. The Engineer will be involved in the following activities:
- Design, prototype, test, maintain engineering documents, and maintain and support Image Processing Software
- Utilize agile development techniques to deliver high quality software
- Involved in test processes such as test automation, developing test plans, test case development and other engineering best practices
The ideal candidate will have the following background:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, MS degree preferred
- 5 + years of Software Engineering experience, medical device experience preferred
- Experience in managing software-translations and user manuals
- Prior experience in a regulated environment, i.e. FDA
