Chief Operating Officer- Top Bank- £800-£1000I am looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join a top tier investment bank. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.
Requirements for the role:
Strong track record of flawless delivery
Strong general operational expertise - including understanding and credibility within the contact centre environment; with significant experience of leading strategic change and operations in a multi-site, cross-border contact centre including offshore and outsourced partners.
Strong leadership skills, capable of delivering a compelling leadership agenda across cultures and without always having the benefit of geographic proximity.
Operated in a regulated environment and preferably with a strong appreciation of the current legal and regulatory framework and landscape applicable to a Consumer Financial services business
Previous deep experience of technology leadership is likely to be needed coupled with a strong customer facing operational background.
Experience of consumer credit card industry is ideal for this role
Experience of growing a business with M&A would be helpful
Experience gained in a world-class integrated payments/card provider, or consultancy
The right candidate will have proven experience performing these actions at a high level whilst working within a finance industry.
Contract role offering an initial 6 months and is based in Northampton.
The candidate must be flexible about working across Europe within the week.
Rates- £800-£1000
