Description
Enforce the processes, tools, and techniques to identify, analyze, track, manage, and resolve cross-project problems that impacts ability to meet program goals and objectives, as well as issues pertaining to project schedules, costs, and quality criteria
Support and execute program management/governance processes, in particular governance and gating functions, including gating approvals, in order to improve delivery timeliness and quality across Evolution Portfolio
Review deliverables and status, provided by the delivery teams, and perform predefined checks and analysis to ensure delivery processes are being adhered to
Support management of day-to-day activities for integrated releases across the business transformation program, including risk management and issue resolution, as well as working and review sessions with key stakeholders
Support Project Managers in completing gating activities, including deliverable reviews for the projects, chair gating meetings and providing approvals, identifying escalation paths and stakeholders, as well as follow-up with projects on gating outcomes (eg conditional approvals)
Assist with training of project managers and delivery teams on the ongoing usage and adherence to Evolution processes
Identify and raise opportunities to improve the performance of Evolution processes and delivery outcomes
