My client is looking for a fluently bilingual English and French speaking electrical engineer to take up a senior position as a chief electrical engineer. You require a background 5 years of electrical design in engine power plants, Nuclear energy and utilities having been a lead/chief electrical engineer.
The work will consist of managing, reviewing, critiquing and signing off designs for LV, MV and HV plans up to 230KV+ and the protection/earthing systems of substations. You will also be required to provide technical support with a sales focus and act as a solution architect.
It is essential that you can speak, read and write both French and English to a very high technical level and have a sound understanding of both Eurocode and French specific standards (NFC 15.100, NFC 13.200). You will also require an understanding of AUTOCAD 2D,MagiCAD, PDMS, Dialux, AutoGrid Pro, EDSA/ETAP and CymCap from previous projects.
You will also be required to travel, around 15 weeks a year, to the Nordics and Asia for client and company visits.
