Description

This position will provide expert level programming and analysis for the document generation sub-system replacement project and projects with federal, state, administrative mandates. The program is a large/complex (1000+ program, 400+ table) MVS/Cobol/DB2/CICS System. Successful candidates must have proven development experience in MVS/Cobol/CICS/DB2/JCL languages, structured analysis and design, as well as an understanding of full Systems Development Life Cycle. Project duties will be to work as a programmer analyst and part of a team to develop and maintain child support applications. Project duties will also include analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, development of user documentation, training materials and help screens

First consideration will be given to those applicants who:
a) have advanced experience in development and support of large (1000+ program, 400+ table), complex Mainframe MVS/DB2/Cobol/CICS/JCL systems using the identified tools.
b) experience working with Child Support Enforcement Systems.
