Client: Fortune 500 Company

Duration: 1 year contract w/possible extension

Location: Framingham, MA

Pay: Negotiable

Hours: M-F 9am-6pm

Job Description:

Experience Level: (1 - 3 years). Key responsibilities include: monitoring of ticketing systems for new cases, scheduling installations, and E-mail notification of escalations cases to technical resources. Very strong customer service and communication skills are required. Attention to detail is critical. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Remedy system.
