CRM Business Analyst/ Project Manager: Central London.Up to £600 per day, depending on experience.An experience Sales and CRM Business Analyst is required by my client in order to lead the re-design and implementation of a new sales operations process.The successful CRM consultant will be involved in the complete project lifecycle from initial requirement gathering to delivery. This role will include:
* Leading business process workshops
* Exploring and documenting the sales pipeline process
* Writing Process Maps
* Working with technicalteams to develop technical and functional specs
* Managing project delivery.
This is a multi-faceted role and will need an experienced Sales Operations Consultant/Project Manager who is happy to inhabit a variety of projectroles:
In order to secure an interview the CRM Business Analyst will require:
* Strong knowledge of the end to end sales process
* Experience of one or more sales related ERP systems (SAP CRM or Salesforce.com)
* Excellent communication skills
* Project experience
