Responsibilities
  • Provides Tier 3 network support and new technology insertion responsibilities for the IP/MPLS network.
  • Writes MOP (Methods of Procedure) documents and lab test procedures to be used to implement new technologies in the network.
SKILLS

Required Certification: CCNP.
Must be an expert in Cisco CRS-1/CRS-3 and GSR Platforms, BGP, Cisco IOS XR software, OSPF, MPLS/LDP, SONET and Gigabit Ethernet.
Knowledge of Methods of Procedure document writing, UNIX OS, and Juniper T640 also needed.
Experience in Perl Scripting is a major plus.
