Description
Looking for someone with a little flare that has a good mix of traditional & technical design skills. They must have experience in designing mobile + broadband UI as well as have the ability to tie in traditional aspects like digital slicks for product releases and media. The type of work we produce is missing the uniqueness that we deliver via code as an innovation product partner.

You must have an expert level of manipulating Adobe Create Suite 5/6 and know how to manipulate creatives into working vector/web assets for mobile and broadband websites.
Skills & Requirements

Internet: web and email design including headers, buttons, backgrounds, iconography, typography

Mobile: design in iOS, Android, and/or mobile web

Produce design boards and page requirements

Tech: slice and annotate designs for use by tech team in development

UX/UI: design software products and assets from scratch using strong UX/UI insight
Qualifications:

Knowledge of web site structure and functionality including HTML/CSS

Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver

Strong design style, including creative design solutions within the constraints of the Internet

Strong conceptual skills, including online software concepts and online experience concepts

Familiarity with user experience best practices with regard to web, mobile and responsive design

Familiarity with Internet design best practices with regard to compatibility, accessibility, loading, etc.

Familiarity with web accessibility, maintainability, and organic search optimization
-
Self-motivated to prioritize and manage work load and meet critical project milestones and deadlines

A passion for trends in web and mobile design

Must be enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to meet tight deadlines
