Ihre Aufgaben:
- Responsible for the conception, setup, rollout, configuration, documentation and trainings during rollout and as soon as the system is live
- Responsible for the operation of the entire Frontend layer including the cms system.
- Responsible for deployment tasks and a member of the Jenkins(auto deployment) deployment group.
- Working in out of office hours on call or smaller shifts during the hot project phases is required
Ihre Qualifikation
- Experience in IT Operations support from other programs like ecommerce programs, online platforms etc.
- Strong skills in CMS systems like First Spirit
- Advanced technical skills on more than one web server applications like Apache and Tomcat applications (SUN JDK and/or Oracle JRockit)
- Advanced technical skills and experience over more then one technology like Application and/or web server especially WebLogic
- Basic scripting, know how at least of one of : shell bash, perl, python
- Network skills
- Database and SQL Know How
- Business Consulting experience is helpful
- ITIL Foundation (advantageous)
- Absolute analytic approach in operational issues
- Monitoring and alerting principles and development know how
- Strong documentation skills
- Experiences with deployment tools and deployment procedures
- Security awareness
- English
