In addition to the responsibilities detailed below the BEM will define and lead the strategic direction of bespoke platforms and related technologies. The BEM will also work with the BAU team on system development, and on acquisition/start-up on-boarding.
The ideal candidate will have a skill set to include as many of the following: PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, stakeholder management skills, supporting bid teams in major integrated bids, Capture and extract client requirements, Able to analyse data and MI and make informed decision to shape future strategy, Ability to plan and prioritise work to tight timescales and a First rate communicator at all levels.
This position is paying up to £48,000 and come with an excellent benefits package that includes: Pension, Healthcare, Bonus and excellent holiday allowance.
